Introduction to the Role

Are you ready to make a difference in the world of Human Resources? As an HR Solutions Partner, you will work across various HR functions and have the chance to specialize in specific areas. You will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day HR operations, implementing policies, and guaranteeing adherence with global and local requirements. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will bring a local perspective while helping to influence and strengthen employee experience. Your HR expertise and collaborative approach will enable you to drive impactful change and contribute to a thriving workplace.

Accountabilities

In this dynamic role, you will take on varied HR responsibilities spanning the employee lifecycle. As a key member of the Local HR Team, you will influence the experiences and engagement of both employees and line managers. You will collaborate with Global and Regional HR Centers of Excellence and HR Services teams, jointly finding solutions for employee and employment matters while promoting standard processes and compliance.

You will be a main point of contact for delivering HR guidance and support, acting as a trusted partner to the business. Your role will involve advising on and performing HR processes efficiently, supporting business units by aligning people plans and strategic priorities with organizational goals. You will actively participate in projects related to Performance Management, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, Change Management, Engagement, and Workforce Planning.

You’ll also provide managers and leaders with workforce data and insights to support informed decision-making. A key element of your role is to proactively find opportunities for process improvements and to deliver sustainable solutions that improve both employee satisfaction and customer service.

Essential Skills/Experience

• Effective communicator, demonstrating active listening skills, constructive feedback delivery, and the ability to translate HR policies into everyday language
• Strong relationship builder, able to establish trust with managers and employees, manage expectations, and support stakeholders with empathy and credibility
• Analytical problem solver, skilled at tackling challenges and developing creative, practical solutions
• Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and local labor laws, with awareness in areas such as contracts, leave management, and fair treatment at work
• Highly organized with demonstrable ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and follow through on commitments
• Committed to life-long learning, consistently driving personal and professional development
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Desirable Skills/Experience

• Familiarity with HR systems, such as Workday or ServiceNow
• Experience in project or change management
